OUR PROMISE. We put so much love into our products because we want you to love them too. However...

...if you have received something that’s not quite up to scratch. It feels rubbish and we don’t like people feelling rubbish. So you can return any item in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund. But remember to obtain proof of postage from your post office.

ORDERS WITHIN THE UK MAINLAND
We use Royal mail, standard delivery. We estimate this will take 3-5 working days to reach you, or even quicker if the postmen have a skip in their step. Deliveries exclude weekends and national bank holidays.

Delivery costs are based on weight
1-4 sticker packs: delivery cost £1.25
1-2 books: delivery cost £2.50
3-5 books: delivery cost £3.95
6-10 books: delivery cost £8.50

ORDERS TO IRELAND (REPUBLIC)
1-4 sticker packs: delivery cost £2.20
1-2 books: delivery cost £5.95
3-5 books: delivery cost £7.50

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE
Our delivery costs are based on mainland UK and Ireland (Republic) delivery. For deliveries to any other outlying island and International orders, please email: hello@allergyadventures.com and we will be happy to assist you with your requirements.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order placed on the site for areas other than mainland UK and Ireland (Republic) addresses, where the above information has not been followed.

If placing an order for delivery to a country outside of the UK, any local taxes, import and/or export duties are the liability of the purchaser. These are not calculated during checkout and payment of these taxes and/or duties (which may be incurred in transit) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International delivery charges, local taxes, import and/or export duties will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Allergy Adventures recommend all customers purchasing for delivery to destinations outside the UK check first with all necessary bodies with regards to any local taxes, import and/or export duties they will be liable for before purchasing any goods from the Allergy Adventures website.


RETURNS 
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason your not, please let us know why, so we can hopefully put it right. You can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund. But remember to obtain proof of postage from your post office. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

For orders being returned outside the UK, I'm afraid we're not able to refund the cost of postage.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you find a damaged item in your order, please notify us in writing within 24 hours of its delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to offer you a refund or exchange.
